(Main)sail Winch

Totally new in the product range is a new (main)sail winch, with which the traditional problem of to less travel range can finally be set to rest.
Whether you have a couple of inches or several yards, the routing can be set with pushing a push button twice - finished!

Also we have no drum diameter adaptation for force/reel distance, which when supplied in the past from other systems has always created a unsatisfying compromise - no more the case!

The winding speed is fully controllable. Whilst in a passive state the winch draws no electrical current, this is due to the self-restraining worm screw gearbox which safely holds the sheet tight. This increases the lifespan of the bell formed commutated motor as well as saving power!

Otherwise this corresponds to the design of the Genoa winch IE: complete use of ball bearings, aluminium casing, electronic safety functions etc.

Automatic Reeling Device

This is a specially designed single-channeled winch drum, which always keeps the reeling cable correctly wound into position through by using a built-in coilspring. Because of this there is longer the need for a double winch drum with the respectively necessary loop control cable self-tensioning device!
